Sliquid Swirl Natural Intimate Lubricant – Cherry Vanilla
A little disclaimer – Until recently, I rarely used lubricant - because I haven’t really needed to. As my libido has increased with my age, however, I’ve just found that it prolongs the experiences, as someone who likes a lot of sex. And let’s face it, lube is fun!
Sliquid Swirl is a vegan water-based lubricant with several natural flavours, this one, with a hint of Cherry Vanilla.
Sliquid are a sex positive company that create natural products and use non-gender specific packaging. You can’t go past the fact that this product contains no parabens, petrochemicals, phenoxyethanol or propylene glycol or glycerine.
Water-based lubricants are perfect to use with silicone toys such as the Moxie, reviewed last week.
Not being a fan of Maraschino Cherries, this flavour was not for me, but I am keen to try others in the future. There are many other flavours Green Apple Tart, Blue Raspberry, Pina Colada, Pink Lemonade, Strawberry Pomegranate and Blackberry Fig and Tangerine Peach. Each natural flavour contains a hint of aspartame to sweeten.
The fact I don’t like the cherry flavour just means I don’t put it in my mouth. Despite this, the lubricant texture itself is very smooth and light compared to a lot of other lubes and without the stickiness. As with any decent lube, a little goes a long way.
Overall, I am impressed with Sliquid Swirl as a lubricant and look forward to trying some other flavours in the future.
