This is my first experience with the We-Vibe range and I have been wanting to try them for some time. If I had to sum up my experience with this clitoral vibe, it would be these four words “party in my panties.”

Unboxing
The Moxie comes in subtle packaging that gives the impression of being a slick mobile box and is easy to open. The box contains the silicone toy in aqua, a silken pouch for discreet storage, two magnet clips, a magnetic charger, a remote, a basic instruction book and a complimentary We-Vibe lube sample by Pjur.
The Brand
We-Vibe, are manufactured by Standard Innovations, a Canadian company, founded in 2003 by couple, Bruce and Melody Murison. Standard Innovations pride themselves on being dedicated to shaping the future of sexual health and wellness. With their first vibe launched in 2008, We-Vibe is well known for its couples and solo vibrators.
The Design
The Moxie is a palm-sized clitoral vibrator. At 3.6”, it is slender and discreet enough to put into a purse or pocket, if it is not being attached to your favourite panties. Contoured beautifully, the Moxie sits super comfortably and securely with a strong magnet clip. It feels sensual both against your skin or in your hand.
Power
Being the power slut that I am with clit toys, I was not sure what to expect, but the Moxie does not disappoint. The power carries through the entire length of the vibe with the most intensity around the tip of the device. The device settings through the App let you set the intensity (100% please, Moxie)!
What is it designed to do?
Before I get too carried away, as I’ve said above, the Moxie is designed as a wearable vibrating partner toy. It’s an ideal addition to your sex toy collection, regardless if you spend days or time away from your lovers, if you are long distance, if you live together or even for solo play. It works best through an application called We-Connect. Once your device is paired up through Bluetooth to a lover’s, you can give them complete control of the toy, or take the control back when you feel like it.
My Experience of the Moxie
The Good
It was very easy to set up on the App which is very intuitive and has a variety of fun features available. For example, you can video chat (although the volume is low, for good reason) and you can message each other. You need to contact your partner on the App if you are wanting to play with it (and vice versa), which is obviously giving mutual consent.
My SO had a lot of fun at home doing household chores while turning on the toy and interrupting me, while I was doing study.
We experienced the thrill of taking the Moxie out in public, one night. It sat very comfortably in my panties and was extremely secure because the magnet clips are strong!!! The rumbly noise was undetectable at the restaurant and my partner had a lot of fun watching my reactions to the teasing pulses of the Moxie. He also discovered at this point, you could create your own vibration patterns – a kind of set and forget and just enjoy the show, if you will!
Another time, vibe-attached panties aside, for intercourse and the Moxie continued to withstand the action around it.
The Moxie is a single motor toy with 10 different styled vibration settings, all of which you can also increase or decrease the intensity of. It is very easy to create your own patterns by drawing them with your finger. Making the patterns and experimenting with the reactions of the wearer was a lot of fun for both parties. You can simply reset all these settings again, as well.
There is a sleep mode if the device is idle, which ranges from 15 minutes to 4 hours.
The versatility of the options means you can use it for solo play or for partner play, both in the same space or from afar.
The magnetic USB charger means you can charge it in any USB port, including a laptop. The magnet connection is just as powerful as the magnets themselves when connecting to the device and the Moxie lasts up to 2 hours, on a single charge.
There is an inclusion of a replacement magnetic clip, should you ever lose the original one.
It’s 100% waterproof and 100% non-toxic and phthalate-free matte silicone. This means it is easy to clean with soap and water. Remember with silicone, to use a water-based lubricant, such as Sliquid Swirl, also reviewed below.
The Bad
The only downside we could see was connectivity issues, but this was not a fault of the device itself, but rather, our phones. If you leave the App to look at something else on your device, however, it also drops out as it can’t seem to sit in the background. Again, we think this is an issue with the technology we have and not the device itself. Once the connection drops out, it is very easy to connect again.
The Moxie would not be for you if you don’t enjoy clit stimulation. Also, if you don’t like wearing panties, you could use it in other ways, but you probably won’t get the bang for your buck, as they say.
Overall
Being a playful kitten, this toy was right up my alley!
We-Vibe’s Moxie is a good quality, very fun, wearable vibe toy.
It’s an ideal fit for anyone who enjoys a good clit toy. It’s for people who enjoy being teased as part of foreplay, as well as just using a vibe to get to orgasm. With so much versatility, it’s a good fit for most people.
We especially liked the playfulness and communication aspects of this toy that can only bring couples closer together. Who doesn’t enjoy fun and laughter in their play with partners?
The Moxie is a toy I’d use for foreplay more than anything with the teasing factor, but I have gotten off with it also, so it is quite capable of giving orgasms with its broad vibrations and its intensity at the tip, where your clit would get full stimulation.
This toy won’t sit in my sex drawers, it will sit on constant charge, at the ready for my next urge to get off or be teased.
