How can I track my order?

Once your order has been fully packaged and is on its way details of your delivery will be emailed to the email address you provide at checkout. You can track you parcel by entering the tracking number into the search field at https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search

What currency are prices displayed in?

All prices are displayed in AUD and include GST. GST Exempt products will have a discount code automatically applied at the checkout to ensure the price you pay is the GST exempt price. 

What is an Education Consultation?

Our resident sexologist Jodie will spend time with you discussing your requirements, answering your questions to assist you make the best decisions for your particular circumstance and requirements. In an education consultation with Jodie you can access products that are not necessarily available on our main site but that she can order especially for you. Jodie’s passion for women’s health in the area of sexuality also means that she is able to refer you on to other services that you may not have considered previously but may help improve you sexual wellness and pleasure. 

What is a sexologist?

Just like a biologist studies biology, a sexologist studies sexuality.A sexologist is someone who has studied all areas of sex including anatomy, physiology, sexual development, sexual orientation, the dynamics of sexual relationships, as well as the mechanics of sexual contact/acts. Sexology is the scientific study of sexuality.

What is the best toy for a beginner?

Something that makes you feel comfortable and excited to try it. It is an exciting part of self love and exploration nothing you purchase need be something that causes any shame or uncomfortable feelings. If you are unsure after exploring our site you can always have a one on one education consultation with Jodie to help you decide. It is always good to start with something that you use externally in the first instance and then work your way up in both size and activity.

How do I take care of my toys?

Any sex toy needs to be cleaned before and after use, it is the best way to protect yourself and your new toy. You can use warm soapy water or an antibacterial wash. Most of the toys on this site are waterproof but always check the care instruction on the product. Store your toys somewhere that you can easily access them and in a dry, dark spot to take best care of them but also to keep any unwanted curious souls from finding them. You can read more here.

How long do vibrators last for?

Bliss for Women source only the best quality vibrators and they all come with a supplier warranty of 1 year or more. If you use them and care for in accordance with supplier recommendations your toys should keep working for several years fault free. You can read or shipping & returns policy here.

Why reusable or organic menstrual health products?

Reusable menstrual products like cloth pads, menstrual cups and period pants are more accessible than ever and are a comfortable, cost effective and environmentally responsible choice. They will launch on our site in March to coincide with International Endometriosis Awareness month.

Why do you donate $1 from every sale to QENDO?

We selected QENDO as our charity of choice because of the amazing work that they do in QLD, Nationally and internationally in supporting all those living with endometriosis. We understand the pain, the physical, emotional, financial and relational toll living with endometriosis can take.
